any problems you may have connecting to the Internet with SoHoConnect.
Please use the Help Links on the right hand side of the page to
view some common how-to's for getting the most out of your Internet
connection. If you're having problems check out the FAQs
for some answers to common questions.

Before Calling Techsupport ...
If you need to call us for technical support, it would be especially
helpful if you could be at your computer, and have the following
information readily available:
- The type of computer you are using (e.g. PC or Macintosh)
- The type of operating system you are running (e.g. Windows 98,
Windows XP or MacOS X)
- The type of software you're using (e.g. Outlook Express, WinPoET)
- The brand and model of your modem
- The exact wording of any error message(s) you received
- Your SoHoConnect account username (login ID)
It would also be very helpful to know:
- Whether or not you have always experienced the problem
- What change(s) you made prior to the problem occurring
- What steps you have taken in an attempt to fix the problem
- If you have checked our Help section or FAQs for information
on the problem
- If you have contacted our Techsupport previously for assistance
