
Operating systems such as Windows XP and MacOS X come with built-in
software to allow you to connect via DSL. Some DSL modems are also
routers and have built-in software to allow you to connect via DSL.
On these modems you will usually connect by first connecting to
the modem using your web browser and entering the IP address of
the modem. If your computer uses another operating system or you
don't have a modem with built-in software, you will have to use
a PPPoE client.

(where username is your SoHoConnect DSL user ID). The @cwbda.bm
tells BTC's DSL network which ISP you belong to and how to connect
you to the internet.
